SketchUp Archive DIY wooden aquaponics system

This SketchUp Archive is a modified version of the "Woody" system that I detailed in a previous post; http://infiniteaquaponics.blogspot.com/2013/04/prototype-wood-system-woody.html
This is a much simpler way to build it and it provides far greater strength.
The main structure is built with 2 x 8s. This would provide exceptional strength and pretty good insulation. It has a small fish viewing window in the front which can be installed very easily with some silicone and stainless steel carriage bolts. It uses 3/4 inch plywood for the cover over the fish tank. Some 1 inch by 4 inch hardwood can be used for the trim around the top of the grow bed. You can use any kind of polyethylene liner for lining the fish tank and grow bed. If you would like to use one that has been certified for use in organic applications I would go with the DuraSkrim liner. I left out the plumbing on this one because there isnt any one correct way to do it. There are a lot of possibilities and Ill let you figure out what works best for your build.
